With respect to information collected from you: We aquire contact information, email addresses and other related communication means from many resources. These include order placement, media requests and trade shows.
Name, address, phone, e-mail and payment information are necessary facts required for purchase and delivery. Naturally this information is needed in order to successfully process and complete your order.
With respect to further email contact from our company: Promotional emails are sent to our database customers to inform them of sales, promotions & discounts. Our database email list is formed by a combination of processes which include a customer giving us an email address when calling in or when filling out print materials or website forms.
If a customer no longer wishes to receive these promotional emails, he or she has the option to be removed from our list by using the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.
With respect to ad servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies and will never sell email address or contact information.
With respect to customer files: Upon request we can provide site visitors with access to all information (including proprietary information) that we maintain about them. Our customers can access their account information by emailing us at the above address or writing to us at the above postal address. Our customers can also have any information corrected by contacting us in the same manner.

Terms & Conditions
We sell wholesale to the trade only. When setting up an account please have the following information available:
State tax resale number, Company Name, Billing & Shipping address, your name, the name of the person allowed to place ordered on your behalf.
All orders are shipped prepaid using credit card or check.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Appearance may seem different in person or on screen via our website.
We accept Visa, Master card, American Express, and Discover. We also process checks by phone. CheckRedi handles all returned checks. We do not ship to accounts that have outstanding NSF checks.
All orders are charged shipping costs. Shipping will be regular FedEx Ground unless you, the customer, request 3rd day, 2nd day, or overnight delivery options. Additional charges for either of these 3 apply. UPS shipment is available upon request. Some orders cant be shipped by Ground, you will be notified of this at the time of placing your order. These shipments then go by common carrier (18wheeler freight truck)
In the event we are temporarily out of stock on an item you may place your order on backorder. You must request this option and you will be charged shipping.
All returns must be within 10 days and must be pre -approved by our customer service department. We do not accept returns on merchandise that has been mounted, altered or damaged in anyway. by you the customer. We do not accept returns on custom cut, non-standard size frames/mat combinations. Differences between finish expectations monitor to monitor and minor variations in finish changes from our vendors are not considered refundable. All returns must be in good, resalable condition when received back in our location. Credit will be given on the cost of the merchandise minus a 20% restocking fee. No credit is given for shipping & handling.
Inspect all merchandise upon receipt. All claims of damaged merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt of product. If merchandise arrive sin damaged boxes, refuse the order or note damaged box on the shipping paperwork when you sign for the product. Contact our customer service department immediately afterward for further instructions. If product is damaged because of shipper mishandling, save the box and packing materials. Without original box(es) & packaging materials, your claim cannot be processed for refund or replacement. Claim or losses on common carrier shipments must be made with the delivering carrier. Be sure to return the damaged product using the provided call tag. If we don not relieve these items back within 30 days, you will be billed for the replacement product.
Handling Fee Minimum order Discounts
There is no minimum order, however, all orders under $100 are charged a $6 handling fee. Portrait Packaging Discounts have their own pricing structure. Please contact Customer Service for this information.
Production Time and Rush Policy
Standard production time for all orders is 4 days or less with the exception of portrait packaging, if you need your items faster you can order them with a "Rush'. Rush orders are based on a quantity of product ordered and the total amount of the purchase.
